Introduction

The work is built on the land lot D28 in Cau Giay New Urban Area, Hanoi, possessing a favorable position at the centre of Cau Giay New Urban Area with four sides facing roads of 40 m and 25 m width and adjacent to Yen Hoa park with large tree space and a harmonizing lake for the whole area. Being 8 km from Hoan Kiem Lake, 0.5 km from National Convention Centre and 21 km from Noi Bai International Airport, the work has advantageous traffic because of its connection to main roads of the city. The work lies on an increasingly developing social infrastructure with thick population density having high income and big shopping demand.
