Constrexim No.1 (CONFITECH) is the first class enterprise of Ministry of Construction, equitized from a stated owned enterprise according to decision No 2025/QĐ-BXD dated 20 December 2004 of Ministry of Construction and also a member of Vietnam Construction Investment and Trading (Constrexim Holdings) under “Parent Company – Subsidiary Company” model approved by decision No 929/QĐ – TTg dated 30 July 2001 of Prime Minister.
